Hattiesburg, Mississippi – Adelina Jorden Navarrette, a devoted mother, grandmother, and retired homemaker, passed away recently, leaving behind a grieving family and community.
Affectionately known as “Ms. Angie,” Adelina dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren, while spending much of her working years in the service industry.
Her death has been met with an outpouring of support and love, as her family organizes her funeral services.
Ms. Navarrette is survived by four children and eight grandchildren, as well as many other loved ones.
Her son, Joseph Fowler, initiated a fundraiser to help cover the costs of her burial, noting that they have already raised 30% of the needed funds.
He expressed his gratitude, stating, “Ms. Angie will be truly missed and loved… knowing she went out with respect and honor.”
Many supporters have donated to the cause, helping the family honor her memory.
The family continues to receive heartfelt condolences, and Ms. Navarrette’s legacy of love and dedication will live on through her children and grandchildren.
