Adelyne Stearns, aged 99, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at her daughter’s home in Madison, under hospice care. Stearns lived a long and fulfilling life, leaving behind cherished memories for her family and friends.
A funeral service is scheduled to take place at 10:30 AM on Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, with Rev. Steve Lindley officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Friday at Rustand-Weiland Funeral Chapel, where loved ones and community members are expected to gather in remembrance of her life.
Tributes have begun pouring in, celebrating Stearns’ life and the impact she had on those around her. “I’ve remembered her and her husband coming into McDonald’s, sweet people.
