Greenville, South Carolina — Andrew Snyder, a cherished family member, passed away on June 11, 2024, in North Carolina.
His passing has left his family and business partners in an extended period of grief and frustration as they continue to wait for his death certificate, which has delayed the settlement of his personal and business affairs.
According to family members, the death certificate has been available since June 20, 2024, but the process has been delayed due to issues with the Cremation Society of South Carolina – Westville Funerals.
Elaine Baez, Andrew’s mother-in-law, shared her frustration on social media, stating, "Our families and his business partners have been waiting 4 months to settle banks, mortgages, vehicles, business ownership and etc as we’ve been more than patient in this."
Despite numerous calls and visits to the establishment, the family is still awaiting the completion of the process.
Baez also mentioned that the establishment suggested they retrieve the certificate themselves, despite having paid for its delivery.
Chanelle Jedlicka offered her support in a comment, stating, “Praying for resolution, comfort and above all peace for you and your family.”
The delay has added significant distress to a family already grieving the loss of Andrew Snyder.
