Catherine “Cathy” D. Foster, a cherished member of the Fairmont, MN community, passed away on Sunday morning, September 22, 2024, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN. She was 74 years old. The Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service is handling arrangements, with private family services planned for a later date.
