Atlanta, Georgia – Bill Brewster, the dedicated and passionate Board Chair of Giving Kitchen, has tragically passed away, leaving the organization and community in deep mourning.
His sudden and unexpected death on September 27, 2024, has left many in shock and sadness.
Bill Brewster was a pivotal figure in the expansion of Giving Kitchen, an organization that supports food service workers in times of crisis.
Under his leadership, the organization grew from serving local Atlanta food workers to providing aid on a national level.
During his tenure as Board Chair, Bill oversaw the support of over 18,000 food service workers, a significant rise from the 4,000 served in its initial years.
His legacy of compassion, ambition, and tireless dedication will continue to inspire those he worked with.
