Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania – Carol Ann Franko, 84, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, surrounded by her family, just one day shy of her 85th birthday.
A lifelong resident of Tunkhannock, Carol was known for her kindness and strong family bonds.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, Peter Franko, Sr., and numerous loved ones.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, located at 99 E. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, PA.
The service will be celebrated by Rev. Patrick Albert.
Friends and family have expressed their condolences, including Brad Killian, who shared on social media, "A very kind person. Sad to read this. Condolences to her family."
