Escanaba, Michigan – Carole I. Pierce, a cherished wife, friend, and community member, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 1, 2024, after a long and brave battle with aorta dissection issues, congestive heart failure, and multiple fractures.
She had been courageously fighting her health struggles for the past three years.
Carole’s passing has left her family, friends, and community in deep sorrow, but they take comfort in knowing she is now at peace.
Gary Pierce, her husband, expressed the family’s grief on social media, stating, “We will miss her very much but are at peace knowing she is now at peace with our Lord.”
Tributes poured in from friends and loved ones, honoring Carole’s memory.
Marilyn Crouse shared, “Our hearts are sad.
She was a dear lady.
Praying God’s peace and comfort to pour over you.”
Karen Klekner added, “She was such a wonderful person, and we will miss her dearly.
