Memphis, TN – Clifford Holley, a cherished father and member of the Memphis community, tragically passed away on October 1, 2024, after a lengthy battle with a severe lung condition.
He had been receiving hospice care for the past eight months, and his condition worsened in recent days.
His daughter, Felicia Holley, shared the heartbreaking news that a nurse had confirmed his imminent passing just a day earlier.
Clifford Holley had no prior preparations for his memorial, leaving his daughter, Felicia, the sole organizer of the arrangements.
Felicia set up a fundraiser to help with his memorial costs, expressing her gratitude for any contributions during this difficult time.
"Anything will help and will be appreciated. This is a tough time as I am an only child," she wrote.
In response to the fundraiser, friends and community members have shown support.
RobnFi McKinney posted, “I had to create this go fund me for my dad. Because he doesn’t have any preparations made and no savings.”
Clifford Holley is survived by his daughter, Felicia, and will be remembered for his resilience during his final months.
