Community Mourns the Loss of Marietta Tsintsilonis, Respected Pioneer of the Filipino-Canadian Association in Brantford

Brantford, Ontario – Marietta Tsintsilonis tragically passed away early this morning at Brantford General Hospital, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and dedication. A cherished member and officer of the Filipino-Canadian Association of Brantford (FCAB), her contributions greatly impacted the community.

Marietta’s warmth and generosity influenced many who had the pleasure of knowing her. FCAB expressed profound sadness over her departure, emphasizing the significant role she played in the organization’s development and growth.

Her daughter, Stephanie Tsintsilonis-Galambos, shared heartfelt sentiments on Facebook, stating, “We are heartbroken to announce the passing of my dear mother, Marietta Tsintsilonis. Not only was she my mother but she was my best friend, mentor, and biggest supporter.”

Many others echoed similar sentiments of love and support on social media. Jenni Katsargiris-Chiarotto remarked, “She was such a sweet lady. May her memory be eternal,” while Lara Morris Bell simply stated, “I am so sorry for your loss!”
