Helen P. Boudman, Beloved Centenarian and Longtime Resident of Orangeville, Passes Away Peacefully at 100

Orangeville, Pennsylvania – Helen P. (Harvey) Boudman, a cherished resident of Stoney Brook Circle, Orangeville, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday afternoon, September 27, 2024, at the age of 100.

Surrounded by her loving family, Mrs. Boudman’s life spanned an impressive century, during which she touched many hearts with her warmth and kindness.

Born on September 22, 1924, in Orange Township, Helen was the daughter of the late Boyd and Lena (Evans) Harvey.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence E. Boudman, Sr., in 2001.

Mrs. Boudman spent 40 years working at the Dockey Shirt Factory and the Baronal Factory, while also dedicating her early years to the family farm.

Her membership at Kitchen’s Methodist Church in Millville was central to her life, where she was remembered for her homemade pies and cookies, delights that brought joy to her family.

She is survived by her son, Clarence E. Boudman, Jr., and his wife, Linda, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

The family expressed their gratitude to her caregivers and Hospice for their dedicated support in her final years.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 1:30 PM at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Orangeville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kitchen’s Methodist Church, Bloomsburg.
