Marysville, California – Ingphan "Phoua" Bounthai, a cherished family member, passed away on September 24, 2024.
He was surrounded by love and left behind a family who will forever honor his memory.
Phoua’s sudden departure has deeply affected his loved ones, friends, and community members.
A fundraiser has been organized by Indo Loc to assist Phoua’s family with funeral expenses, highlighting the immense support and compassion from those who knew him.
