To honor his memory, his close friend Daniel Spratlan has organized a fundraiser aimed at creating the Obser Memorial Library, a neighborhood book exchange in Jay’s hometown on Long Island.
The library, inspired by Jay’s love for books, will serve as a tribute to his life and passions.
