Cordele, Georgia – John W. Floyd, Jr., a beloved member of the Cordele community, passed away at his home on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the age of 86.
Born in Ridgeland, South Carolina, he was the son of the late John W. Floyd, Sr. and Eunice Popham Floyd.
John W. Floyd, Jr. was preceded in death by his sisters, Betty Inman and Rose Anne Raber.
Known as “Johnny” to his friends and family, he was a cherished figure who will be deeply missed.
