Hutchinson, Kansas – Josh Anderson, a devoted husband and father, tragically passed away on September 22, 2024, after suffering a medical emergency while returning home from a bike trip.
Josh, who was riding with a friend, collapsed shortly after stopping to address an issue with the bike. Despite the immediate efforts of EMTs, who worked for an hour and a half to revive him, he was unable to be saved.
He leaves behind his wife, Bronwen, and their four children, who are now facing an unimaginable loss.
Jenna Dooley, a close family friend, is organizing a fundraiser to assist the Anderson family during this difficult time. The fundraiser has raised $2,100 of its $10,000 goal, with messages of support pouring in from the community.
Alex Dooley expressed his grief on social media, stating, “Josh was one of the biggest hearted guys out there… The world will not be the same without you.”
Many have shared their condolences, with Benjamin Harris commenting, “Such a great guy and coworker.”
