Julie Ann, Beloved Atlanta Resident and Devoted Grandmother, Passes Away at 57

Atlanta, Georgia – Julie Ann, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and resident of Atlanta, Georgia, has sadly passed away on September 27, 2024.

Julie, born as Julie Bongiovanni in Chicago in 1967, was deeply cherished by her family and friends.

Her parents, Elizabeth and Jack Bongiovanni, shaped her with love, and she carried that same devotion to her own family throughout her life.

Julie attended Trinity Lutheran School and graduated from Timothy Christian High School, excelling in sports and participating in the handbell band.

She was known for her creativity, particularly in crafting, where her unique patterns brought joy to everyone around her.

Julie had a special ability to make every occasion memorable, whether through her food, home decor, or warm hospitality.

Her family meant the world to her, and she particularly cherished spending time with her two grandsons, Jack and Michael.

Julie’s close friend, Michelle Bietchert Bakken, expressed deep sorrow, stating, “You have been taken from this earth way too soon… you will ALWAYS be in my heart, ALWAYS loved, NEVER forgotten and FOREVER missed!”

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home in Wheaton, Illinois, followed by a funeral service on Monday, September 30.

Julie’s final resting place will be Arlington Cemetery in Elmhurst, Illinois.
