Engelhard, NC – Linda Bea Gibbs Mayo, a beloved resident of Engelhard, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at the age of 80 on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
She was surrounded by her loving family at her daughter’s residence at the time of her passing.
Born on August 31, 1944, Linda lived a long and cherished life in Engelhard, leaving behind many who fondly remember her kindness and warmth.

Linda’s friends and loved ones remembered her through heartfelt messages on social media.
Debbie Carawan Bynum expressed her sorrow, writing, “So sorry for her loss. Enjoyed talking to her at Martelle’s when I went home. Prayers for the family.”
