Melbourne, Florida – Mac Monroe, a beloved member of the community, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at the age of 87.
His death, attributed to natural causes, has taken many by surprise, as he had been experiencing health problems throughout the year yet remained in good spirits and stable until the end.
Known for his warmth and camaraderie, Mac will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.
A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for Sunday, October 20, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM EDT, with a toast to follow at Coasters Pub and Biergarten.
For those unable to attend in person, plans are underway to provide a livestream link of the formal ceremony from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM EDT.
Friends and family are encouraged to respond as "going" for planning purposes, and to share the event with others who knew Mac.
