Pomonok, New York – Martin L. Colombo, a long-time resident of Pomonok, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at the age of 77.
Martin, also known as Marty, was born on October 24, 1946, and spent much of his early life at 6540 Parsons, Apartment 2B, with his family from 1952 to 1965.
His passing was confirmed in a heartfelt post by his brother, Phill Colombo, who shared the sad news on social media.
The community has expressed deep sorrow, with many recalling fond memories of Marty.
Elaine Drezner Delman expressed her condolences, writing, “Phil, so sorry to hear about Marty! May His Memory be for a Blessing! May your memories help to sustain you during this difficult time!”
