Memorial Service Announced for Daniel Lipscombe at Redditch Crematorium on October 8

Redditch, England – The family and friends of Daniel Lipscombe are coming together to honor his memory with a memorial service set to take place on Tuesday, October 8, at 2:45 p.m. at Redditch Crematorium. The service will be followed by a wake, with further details to be announced later.

Daniel, a beloved member of the community, was known for his warm personality and dedication to his work as a window cleaner. His sudden passing has left a significant void in the lives of those who knew him, and the community is invited to join the service to celebrate his life.

Family flowers are requested to be family-only, and in lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to be made to Mens Minds Matters. Donation boxes will be available at the crematorium and the wake, and a GoFundMe page has also been set up to support the cause.

A heartfelt tribute was posted on Facebook, stating, “Please join us as we come together to celebrate the life of a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend as we share memories of a truly amazing man who was adored by so many people.”

Many have expressed their grief and shared their thoughts about Daniel on social media. Louise Ansine shared, “Why does that just bring a tear to my eye. What a genuinely lovely man. One of earth’s gentle souls.” Shelly Mansell responded, “It’s just beyond sad, isn’t it?” adding to the collective mourning of the community.

Tracy George also expressed her sorrow, saying, “It’s so sad. Daniel was such a lovely person, sending love to you all.” Linda Clarke reminisced about Daniel’s friendly nature, saying, “Daniel was our window cleaner at Plymouth Court and was such a lovely man. We always had a nice chat. So sorry to hear of his passing. He will be sadly missed. RIP Dan.”

A fundraiser organized by Jennifer Bridges aims to support the family in providing Daniel with a meaningful farewell. The page has already raised £340 towards a goal of £2,000, with contributions from well-wishers including Phil Rodgers and Hannah Hegarty, who each donated £100.

For those who knew Daniel and wish to pay their respects, the family is inviting bikers to join the funeral convoy. Bikers are requested to meet at the Oast House pub car park at 2:00 p.m. to follow the funeral cars and lead bikes to the service.

The outpouring of support and love for Daniel is a testament to the impact he had on those around him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the wider community.
