Utica, NY – Michael Bialek-Gilliam, a 31-year-old father, was brutally stabbed to death on September 21, 2024, in a shocking incident that has left his family and community reeling.
Michael suffered multiple injuries to his neck and abdomen during the attack, which was reportedly carried out by an unknown assailant with no remorse for his actions. Despite fighting for his life, he succumbed to his injuries.
The tragedy has prompted a GoFundMe campaign organized by Remya Mathis, aimed at supporting Michael’s two daughters, aged 12 and 3, and covering funeral expenses. The fundraiser has already raised $6,000 towards its $20,000 goal.
