Lathrop, California – Norma Carrasco tragically passed away last night, leaving behind her husband, Walter Carrasco, and their three children, Walter Jr., Isabella, and Troy. The Carrasco family is now seeking support from the community during this difficult time.
A fundraiser has been organized by Vanessa Carrasco to help cover the funeral expenses for Norma. As of today, $1,980 has been raised out of the $25,000 goal, with donations continuing to come in.
