Known for his friendly nature and vibrant personality, Novens’ life was tragically cut short, as shared by those who knew him from visits to Haiti.
His untimely death has left his family grappling with the emotional and financial burden of funeral costs.
A fundraiser has been organized by Janet McCart to assist Novens’ mother during this challenging time, as she faces the difficult task of laying her son to rest.
In a heartfelt statement, the family expressed their grief, describing Novens as “full of life,” a young man who was taken from them far too soon.
Support has poured in through donations, with individuals contributing to help ease the financial strain on the family.
One donor, Mary Lou Long, shared her sympathies by donating $50 to the cause, while Charles Studor contributed $200 in memory of Novens.
