Cooter, Missouri – Peggy Copeland, a cherished member of the Cooter community, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was 71 years old.
Peggy’s passing has left a deep void in the hearts of her family, friends, and community members who remember her as a kind and caring individual. The Powell Funeral Home in Steele, Missouri, has announced that service arrangements are still pending.
