Owen, Wisconsin – Reverend Anthony “Tony” Richard Ring, a beloved pastor, passed away peacefully at the age of 87 on September 3, 2024.
He was surrounded by his loving family at the time of his passing.
Reverend Ring will be laid to rest on October 12, 2024, with funeral services being held at St. Katherine’s Church, located at 206 E 3rd St, Owen, WI.
Visitation will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by funeral services at 12 p.m.
Known for his kindness and sense of humor, Reverend Ring was a well-respected figure in the community and touched the lives of many through his service.
Gloria Cox, reflecting on her memories of St. Katherine’s, expressed her condolences, stating, “I don’t know Father personally, but I have been to St. Katherine’s years ago.”
Diane Mattes shared, “So sorry. He sat next to me at meetings. He was a smart, kind man. Had a sense of humor too.”
