Elk Grove, California – Richard Padilla, also known affectionately as "Ricky," tragically passed away in a hit-and-run accident near Watt and Auburn Blvd. The incident occurred on September 16, 2024, leaving his family devastated as they await further details surrounding the circumstances of his death.

Richard, who was remembered for his kind heart and protective nature, leaves behind his daughter, Annabelle Padilla.
