Buffalo, New York – Roger Kirkpatrick, 60, passed away just after midnight on October 2, 2024, following a long and courageous battle with terminal cancer.
He was surrounded by compassionate care provided by the staff and nurses at Buffalo General Hospital, where he received comfort care in his final days.
Roger, who was born on April 8, 1964, faced his illness with bravery and the support of his family, but sadly there was no hope for recovery.
His brother, Timothy Kirkpatrick, expressed his gratitude on social media for the hospital staff, stating, “To all the amazing kind nurses & staff on 9 South, we appreciate everything you did for my family during this time.”
Friends and acquaintances have shared their condolences online.
