Ruben was found unresponsive in his bed by his youngest child, Reggie, and immediate resuscitation efforts by his granddaughter, Carla, proved unsuccessful.
Despite the paramedics’ best attempts to revive him, Ruben sadly departed this world.

The Ongpauco family has announced that viewing and service details will soon be arranged at Forest Lawn Cypress, California.
In a heartfelt tribute, Patricia Belisario and others have organized a fundraiser to support the family during this challenging time.
