Grinnell, Iowa – Sandy Sanger Elliott, a cherished matriarch known for her warm spirit, passed away peacefully at home on September 21, 2024, at the age of 84.
Her family was lovingly by her side during her final moments, a testament to the close bonds she nurtured throughout her life.
Born Sandra Sue Hoffert on September 30, 1939, in Bussey, Iowa, Sandy was the beloved daughter of Arthur and Kathryn Hoffert.
She was part of a large family, growing up with six brothers and sisters, which instilled in her the values of love and togetherness.
