Dinwiddie, Virginia – Shyann Nicole Barnes, an 11-year-old girl, passed away on September 26, 2024, at 5:12 AM, after a courageous battle with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of childhood cancer.
Her family and friends are mourning the loss of a vibrant young soul who brought joy to many.
Shyann’s funeral arrangements include a visitation on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home – Hopewell Chapel, located at 820 W. Broadway Avenue, Hopewell, VA 23860.
A graveside service is scheduled for Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 W. Hundred Road, Chester, VA 23831.
Friends have expressed their condolences on social media, with Joy Noel stating, “I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers to you and your family.”
