D’Iberville, Mississippi – Stephanie English, a beloved resident of D’Iberville, tragically passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 16. Born on January 24, 2008, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Stephanie, known to her loved ones as "Stevie," was a bright and compassionate young woman whose life touched many.
A devoted Christian, Stephanie was baptized alongside her family in 2023, cementing her deep faith. She excelled academically and was passionate about sports, particularly softball, while also expressing her creativity through the arts. Her radiant smile and joyful presence brought happiness to all who knew her.
Stephanie is survived by her loving parents, Tonya Normand and Jason Walker English, as well as her sister Samantha and brother Shelby. Her extended family, including grandparents Steve and Ginny Walker English, great-grandmother Mary Lou Walker, and numerous cousins and friends, will miss her deeply.
A visitation will be held on September 30, 2024, followed by a funeral service at First Baptist Church of Long Beach. Stephanie’s legacy of kindness and love will forever remain in the hearts of those she left behind.
