Peterborough, Ontario – Thelma O’Brien, a cherished member of the community, passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 93.
Known for her wisdom and warmth, Thelma leaves behind an extraordinary legacy as the mother of 11 children, grandmother to 24, great-grandmother to 25, and great-great-grandmother to 6.
Her presence touched the lives of many, and her absence will be deeply felt by her family and friends.
Michelle Ferreri, a local community member, shared her thoughts on social media, expressing, “A huge loss for our community, Mrs. Thelma O’Brien passed away September 17, 2024, in her 93rd year… Now that’s a beautiful legacy.”
