Tim England, Accomplished Artist and Advocate, Passes Away Leaving a Lasting Legacy

Tim England, a well-loved visual artist and advocate for sobriety, passed away unexpectedly last week.

His passing has left his family, friends, and the community grieving the loss of a man who touched many lives through his work and personal efforts.

Tim was known for his incredible talent as a visual artist and graphic designer, with one of his notable achievements being the creation of the original logo for the Continuum Arts Collective (CAC).

He was also deeply committed to helping others achieve sobriety, with many remembering him for the dozens of lives he helped transform.

In honor of his legacy, the Continuum Arts Collective has announced the creation of the Timothy Gilbert Memorial Scholarship, which will support talented graduating seniors pursuing a post-secondary education in the arts.

Thanks to generous donations, the scholarship fund has already received $1,500, with additional contributions to come from a fundraising event on October 5, 2024, at the Lu.

Jen England, his daughter, shared her heartfelt gratitude, stating, "Tim was an incredible human being."

Other comments echoed the deep loss felt by the community.

Kathy Tryon wrote, "Jen, I am deeply sorry for your loss of your great father," while Kristie Graziano noted, "So glad he is living on through CAC."

Tim’s memory will continue to live on through his artwork, his commitment to helping others, and the scholarship established in his name.
